不満ノートは、腹が立ったことを書き出し、それを相手の視点で書き直す iOS アプリです。
FumanNote is an iOS app for writing down what made you angry, then rewriting it from the other person's point of view.

0．最初に：本文は外部へ送られます
「相手目線の釈明」などの書き直しを実行したとき、書いた本文とタイトルが外部のAIサービスへ送信されます。アプリ内で完結する処理ではありません。
送信されるのは、あなたが書き直しのボタンを押したときだけです。書くだけ・保存するだけでは送信されません。
実名・社名・住所などを本文に書いた場合、それも送信されます。さらに、生成された文章にもそのまま残ります。アプリは固有名詞を伏せ字にしません。共有・コピーする前に、必ず内容をご確認ください。
1．収集しない情報
本アプリはアカウント登録を必要としません。氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、生年月日などをお尋ねすることはなく、開発者がこれらを受け取ることもありません。
広告SDK、解析SDK、クラッシュレポートの外部送信は組み込まれていません。開発者が利用状況を追跡することはありません。
2．端末内にのみ保存される情報
以下はお使いの iPhone の中にのみ保存され、開発者のサーバーへ送信されることはありません。
- 書いたノート（タイトル・本文・日付）
- 生成された文章
- 振り返りの内容（怒りの強さ、そのとき大事にしていたこと など）
- その月に書き直しを何回使ったかの回数
回数は、アプリを入れ直しても引き継がれるようにキーチェーンへ保存しています。保存されるのは回数と対象の月だけで、本文は含まれません。
アプリを削除すると、ノートは端末から削除されます。開発者が復元することはできません。
3．外部のAIサービスへの送信
書き直しは、外部のAIサービス（現在は OpenAI の API）で処理されます。送信されるのは以下です。
- ノートのタイトル
- ノートの本文
- 処理の指示にあたる固定の文章
アカウント情報、端末の識別子、位置情報、連絡先は送信されません。誰が送信したかを示す情報は含まれません。
送信先は日本国外（米国）です。個人情報が含まれる場合、国外への移転が発生します。
OpenAI は、API 経由で送信されたデータを同社のモデルの学習には使用しません。不正利用の監視のため、同社の定めに従って一定期間保持されることがあります。詳細は OpenAI のポリシー をご確認ください。
利用するAIサービスは、品質や費用の都合で将来変更されることがあります。変更した場合は本ページを更新します。
4．第三者の情報について
不満の内容には、その相手にあたる第三者の情報が含まれることがあります。書き手ご本人の情報だけではありません。
この点をご理解のうえ、送信したくない情報は書かないか、書いたうえで書き直しを実行しないという選択ができます。書き直しを実行しなければ、本文が外部へ出ることはありません。
5．端末内での処理
対応する機種では、振り返りの一部を端末内のAIで処理する場合があります。この処理は iPhone の中で完結し、外部へは送信されません。
また、外部への送信ができない状況（通信できない、月の上限に達したなど）では、端末内の簡易的な処理に切り替わります。この場合も本文は外部へ出ません。
6．購入と決済
サブスクリプションの購入・更新・解約は Apple の App Store を通じて行われます。クレジットカード情報などの決済情報を開発者が受け取ることはありません。
アプリが受け取るのは「契約が有効かどうか」だけです。取引情報の取り扱いは Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従います。
解約は iPhone の「設定」アプリ、または App Store のアカウント画面から行えます。
7．未成年の方の利用
本アプリは、13歳未満の方に向けて提供するものではありません。未成年の方がご利用になる場合は、保護者の方の同意のうえでご利用ください。
8．本ポリシーの変更
内容を変更した場合は、本ページの「Last updated」を更新します。重要な変更を行う場合は、アプリ内でもお知らせします。

0. First: your text is sent outside the app
When you run a rewrite, such as "an explanation from their point of view", the title and body you wrote are sent to an external AI service. This is not processed entirely within the app.
Text is sent only when you press the rewrite button. Writing a note or saving it sends nothing.
If you write real names, company names, or addresses in the body, those are sent as well. They also remain in the generated text. The app does not mask proper nouns. Please check the content before you share or copy it.
1. Information we do not collect
This app does not require an account. It never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or date of birth, and the developer never receives any of them.
No advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no external crash reporting are built in. The developer does not track how you use the app.
2. Information stored only on your device
The following is stored only on your iPhone and is never sent to the developer's servers.
- The notes you write (title, body, date)
- The generated text
- Your reflections (how strong the anger was, what mattered to you at the time, and so on)
- How many rewrites you have used in the current month
The count is kept in the Keychain so that it survives reinstalling the app. Only the count and the month it applies to are stored; no note content is included.
Deleting the app removes your notes from the device. The developer cannot restore them.
3. Transmission to an external AI service
Rewrites are processed by an external AI service (currently the OpenAI API). What is sent is:
- The note's title
- The note's body
- A fixed instruction text that tells the service what to do
No account information, device identifiers, location, or contacts are sent. Nothing that identifies who sent it is included.
The destination is outside Japan (the United States). If the text contains personal information, a transfer of that information outside Japan takes place.
OpenAI does not use data submitted through the API to train its models. It may be retained for a limited period for abuse monitoring, in accordance with OpenAI's own terms. Please see OpenAI's policy for details.
The AI service in use may change in future for reasons of quality or cost. If it changes, this page will be updated.
4. Information about third parties
A complaint often contains information about the other person involved, not only about you.
Please keep this in mind. You can choose not to write information you would rather not send, or write it and simply not run the rewrite. If you do not run a rewrite, the text never leaves your device.
5. Processing on your device
On supported models, part of the reflection may be processed by on-device AI. That processing is completed inside your iPhone and is not sent anywhere.
When sending is not possible (no connection, the monthly limit reached, and so on), the app falls back to simple on-device processing. In that case too, the text does not leave your device.
6. Purchases and payment
Subscriptions are purchased, renewed, and cancelled through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives payment details such as credit card information.
All the app receives is whether the subscription is currently valid. Apple's privacy policy governs how the transaction information is handled.
You can cancel from the Settings app on your iPhone, or from your account screen in the App Store.
7. Use by minors
This app is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor, please use it with the consent of a parent or guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
If the content changes, the "Last updated" date on this page will be updated. For significant changes, we will also give notice inside the app.
