Kuro Privacy Policy

1. 収集する情報

RustyWorks は、Kuro を通じて個人情報、利用統計、解析データ、広告識別子を収集しません。アプリには独自のユーザー追跡、広告SDK、解析SDKは含まれていません。

2. ローカルに保存される情報

アプリは、使いやすさのために以下の情報をMac内に保存する場合があります。

• カラーグレーディングの設定値、LUT、表示・再生に関する各種設定
• 最近開いたファイルを再度開くためのセキュリティスコープ付きブックマーク
• ウィンドウ位置などの表示状態

これらは開発者のサーバーへ送信されません。

3. ファイルへのアクセス

Kuro は App Sandbox 上で動作し、ユーザーが開いたファイル（ファイル選択、ドラッグ＆ドロップ、Finder からのダブルクリック）にのみアクセスします。

次回以降に同じファイルを開き直せるよう、ユーザーが開いたファイルの参照をローカルに保存します。ファイルの内容が送信されることはありません。

4. ネットワーク通信

Kuro は、ユーザーが直接指定したメディアURL（http/https、HLS など）を再生する目的でのみネットワークに接続します。再生処理は libmpv によりアプリ内で行われます。

これ以外の通信は行いません。利用状況の送信、更新確認、テレメトリの送信はありません。

通信先サービスのデータ処理は、それぞれのサービスの規約・プライバシーポリシーに従います。

5. アプリ内課金

Kuro PRO はアプリ内課金（買い切り）です。購入処理は Apple の StoreKit を通じて行われ、支払い情報は Apple が処理します。RustyWorks が支払い情報や個人情報を受け取ることはありません。

購入の復元は、お使いの App Store アカウントを通じて行われます。

English Privacy Policy

Kuro is a macOS video player with real-time colour grading.

1. Information We Collect

RustyWorks does not collect personal information, usage statistics, analytics data, advertising identifiers, or tracking data through Kuro. The app does not include its own user tracking, advertising SDK, or analytics SDK.

2. Information Stored Locally

The app may store the following on your Mac for usability.

• Colour grading values, LUTs, and display or playback preferences
• Security-scoped bookmarks so recently opened files can be reopened
• Window state such as size and position

This data is not sent to RustyWorks servers.

3. File Access

Kuro runs in the App Sandbox and accesses only the files you open — through the file picker, drag and drop, or by double-clicking in the Finder.

References to files you opened are stored locally so they can be reopened later. File contents are never transmitted.

4. Network Communication

Kuro connects to the network only to play media URLs you supply directly (http/https, HLS and similar). Playback is handled in-process by libmpv.

No other communication takes place. There is no usage reporting, no update check, and no telemetry.

Data processing by third-party services is governed by each service's own terms and privacy policy.

5. In-App Purchase

Kuro PRO is a one-time in-app purchase. The transaction is handled by Apple through StoreKit, and payment details are processed by Apple. RustyWorks does not receive payment details or personal information.

Restoring a purchase is performed through your App Store account.
